Welcome to Hisabi, the digital account book designed to track debts and payments between merchants, their customers and suppliers.

We fully respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

? Data stored by the app

The app stores the following data on your device only:

• Customer and supplier names
• Phone numbers (if manually entered or imported)
• Debt and payment amounts
• Dates and notes related to transactions
• Your business name (app settings)

? What we never do

• We do not collect your personal data
• We do not send your data to any external server
• We do not share your data with any third party
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes
• We do not track your activity within the app
• No login or user accounts required

? Permissions requested

• Contacts (READ_CONTACTS): To easily import your customers' names and phone numbers. This data is stored locally only and is never sent anywhere.
• Internet (INTERNET): Required only if you choose to enable Firebase cloud sync. Not used otherwise.

☁️ Firebase (optional)

If you choose to enable Firebase sync, your data will be stored in your own Firebase database which you fully control. We do not own or control any Firebase database. You are solely responsible for its configuration and security.

?️ Data deletion

You can delete all your data at any time from within the app:

• Settings ← Danger Zone ← Delete all data

Or simply uninstall the app — all local data will be automatically deleted.

? Children

Hisabi is intended for business use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

? Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes through an app update. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
